COMPLETE REGISTRATION:

To be fully registered, all comparsa dancers must complete:

1. Pre-Registration Form online

2. Release of Liability & Participant Agreement by February 7, 2027.

3. Submit registration fee by February 7, 2027.

 ATTENDANCE: 

Dancers must attend all rehearsals if possible. However, can miss up to 3 rehearsals out of the 10 scheduled, but no more than 2 in a row.

 EVENTS & FUNDRAISING EFFORTS: 

All dancers must participate in events and comparsa fundraising efforts.  A total of 2 tickets for all comparsa events & fundraising efforts must be sold by each comparsa member.

REGISTRATION FEES: 

$80 Early Bird* (Valid October 20-November 30, 2026)

$100 Standard registration* (Valid December 1, 2026 to February 7, 2027).

$30 Rehearsal Drop-in (Valid only at rehearsals 1, 2, and 3, cost per rehearsal).

*Includes La Cumbiamba 2027 official T-shirt.

2027 COSTUME AND CARNAVAL THEME:

All details will be provided during our January rehearsals. You don't want to miss them!

BY REGISTERING WITH LA CUMBIAMBA COLOMBIANA, I FULLY UNDERSTAND: 

• All registration fees are final. NO REFUNDS or CHARGEBACKS.
•  I grant permission for photographs and/or video recordings taken during rehearsals or events to be used for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes by La Cumbiamba Colombiana and waive any right to payment, royalties or any other consideration for the use of any such images or videos.
• I agree to follow all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines provided by La Cumbiamba Colombiana. Failure to do so may result in removal from the comparsa.
